We have all grown up dreaming about money. About that day when… if… we hit the lottery, or get a big inheritance. How splendid that would be. It would give us a reason to create more in our lives and have the things we have always wanted without having to be hourly wage slaves. But that “if” point of view is a very dangerous one to have.
It takes us out of looking for ways to create a bigger life and puts us into fantasy. It also takes us out of creating a future. If you don’t create your future today, there will be nothing there waiting for you a year from now. What if you looked at everything from the point of view of “What future will this create?”
Think about it this way: only about 0.0000001% of the population are truly looking for a life beyond this reality, rather than for one that is predictable and comfortable.
Have you known your whole life that you are not normal? Are you part of the 0.0000001% who is different?
There is something called the energy of life and living. It is an energy that naturally attracts money toward you. The first time I had this energy pump through me, I was in my basement at fifteen years old watching a webcast of Oprah and Eckhart Tolle talking about the energy of joy that is available to us all. Suddenly this energy of life and living flooded over me and I began to perceive my whole future laid out in front of me and how amazing and beautiful it was going to be, if I kept down this path of seeking. I burst into tears because what was running through me was so beautiful my whole body was overtaken with sheer happiness.
For me, that is what Gary Douglas refers to as possibility.
When I found the tools of Access Consciousness I had a similar experience at my first class with the founders, Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer. The world became bright and beautiful and I knew I could have, be or do anything in this world.
That is the energy that brings money toward you.
Are you someone who is capable of having the energy of life and living pump through them? And what would you have to be, that you are not currently being, that would create it as you reality every single day?

What if you can receive a totally different kind of possibility that allows you to create all kinds of magic, with a lot of ease?
The first time that I recall being on a horse was when I was very little, and I stayed on until the first time the horse decided to have a full body shake, which wasn't very long, and I slipped straight out of the saddle and landed in the dirt. The next time I was allowed on a pony was at the school fete, where people would be led around in a small loop for a minute or two.
I've always liked horses, though I never had anything to do with them as an adult until I decided to do a do a Conscious Horse Conscious Rider in Victoria, Australia with Suzy Godsey in November 2014. It was a fantastic class where I learnt a lot of hands-on techniques, a lot of different methods of communicating with animals and got more comfortable being around horses.
One day in January 2015 I was sitting at home and decided that I just had to get out of town and do something or else I was going to go crazy. I started searching the internet to see if anyone was running multi-day quad bike trips (I had recently spent 12 months working in Antarctica and one of the ways we could get around outside of the station limits was using quad bikes), though I kept getting horse riding trips showing up instead! I found that there was one with a 6-day ride starting in two days’ time. I phoned them up the next morning and asked them about their trip and if they really did take people who have never ridden before on these trips? The woman gave me all the information and said I was more than welcome to come along, I just had to be at their house by 8:30 the next morning. That was good enough for me!
All the people were friendly and helpful when I arrived the next morning and made sure I had everything I’d need for the ride. When I was told which horse I would be riding, I did remind them that I had never ridden before, as I was to be on the biggest horse out of the lot. I tried to recall all the things that we talked about during the Conscious Horse, Conscious Rider class and started to put as much of it into practice as I could recall. I was shown how to brush down, put a saddle on, get on/off, what to do if the horse was to try and take off and given some pointers on how to ride and as soon as everyone in the group was ready, we headed off.
The trip was arranged such that we would meet up with the support vehicles at various times during the day for meal breaks and they would set up the campsite each night. If there were any problems with the horses or the people, help was never very far away.
There was one woman with us that had only ridden a few times before, and after she had fallen off for the second time before our first stop, I was beginning to wonder what I had gotten myself into. It was a good incentive to keep putting the tools from the class into action though! Being present with the horse and being aware of everything the horse was aware of in the surrounding area, was what it boiled down to at that moment for me.
It was a great day of riding and I was getting more comfortable the longer I rode. When we arrived at the camp that evening we unsaddled and washed down the horses and let them enjoy their well-earned rest. Most evenings I would do some hands-on work on the horse that I had been riding. At first, she didn't quite know what to make of it, though quickly came to enjoy it and relax.
As we rode into camp at the end of the third day, a few people were saying how tired and sore they were feeling, which I was a little surprised at as I was the beginner here and was only slightly sore above the inside of my knees. I put it down to the tools and energy work I was using as I rode, and was very happy not to be sore!
All the staff members kept an eye on me, gave me tips now and then and we're always happy to answer any questions that I had. I heard one night that a couple of the staff though I must be a 'plant', along to see how they ran their trips; I took that as a compliment, though I laughed and assured them that I wasn't and that it was my first-time riding. The horse I was riding was fantastic and looked after me well everywhere we went, and we covered some steep terrain during the week.
I’ve gone out riding with the same company most times I’ve been back in Australia since and have had some amazing times. I rode one horse that I only had to think things and he would do them, which I loved. the next afternoon I was on a different horse and the 'thinking' wasn't working with her, instead I had to go back to using movements to get her to respond. At first I found this frustrating, then I realised the horse was probably having the same problem, so I started asking, 'How would I have to communicate with her in a way that she can understand?' This proved much more effective than getting frustrated and after playing with this as we rode for the next hour or so, I could 'think' my requests and use much smaller physical commands to achieve the result I was after.
With each ride I have been on, I’ve learnt more and different things and not always to do with horses. During a ride, I have even used the hands-on techniques I learned in the horse class with a rider who’d managed to move her neck in some way and could hardly move her head in any direction. After 10 minutes of working on her, she was just about back to normal again!
The things that I learnt with horses have been useful in other areas, with other animals and with people also. Who knows what results you can produce until to decide to find out?

What if I told you that communication with your body could change your life? That it was actually a key to changing your body? Would you be willing to explore that possibility?
Your body is a sensory organism that is constantly giving you information. It gives you information about it, you, the earth, other people, and other people’s bodies. What can you do with that information? Everything and anything! This information can be things like; what it requires (food, medication, sleep, what it takes to change it, etc), if someone is mad or sad, that someone has a disease, that the earth is about to have an earthquake and so much more. You can use that information to create and generate your life. How? The more aware you are of everything around you the more data you have to make choices from and what is required and when.
Great! Wait…what does that look like? Is it complicated? Is it hard? How do I know if it’s occurring? In truth, communication with your body is currently ongoing and occurs naturally.
Here are 5 quick ways to begin to recognize that your body is communicating with you and how.
1. You can feel the difference between rough and smooth – The only way you can perceive the difference is when your body is your body is telling you. Who is feeling the difference? You? Or your body? Your body is. It detects the difference and then sends you that information so that you can experience it as well.
2. You are hungry – this is one of the most basic communication and one that causes some of the most confusion. At its core however is communication. Your body requires something to nourish it and it lets you know it with something like stomach growling.
3. You have a physical sensation – You’ve ever been hot or cold? How do you know when to put a jacket on because your body is cold? Your body is telling you! Your body feels the cold temperature and indicates to you that something is required.
4. You’ve ever had a pain or been uncomfortable – What if being uncomfortable or in pain isn’t a wrongness or what we’ve been told it is? Things like pain in your elbow or itchy skin is a communication from your body. Sometimes it’s an awareness of what your body is requiring and sometimes it’s your body telling you something that is going on for another body or even the planet.
5. You fidget – Ever had a hard time sitting still? Twist your hair or bounce your foot up and down? Not just when you were a kid am I asking about but now? Yes? Me too. So much energy is moving around us. People’s thoughts, feelings, emotions, excitement, frustration, etc. Our body is aware of these energies and not being able to sit still is a classic way of our bodies communicating to us that A LOT of energy is present.
AND BONUS TIP...
6. You’re breathing – If you are breathing then you are communicating, plain and simple. You are telling your body you are still willing to be here. Yes, your body does it “automatically” and what if you the infinite being are the one that asks it to do it and the body complies?
Seems simple, right? It can be. You and your body communicate more than you acknowledge. Every time you acknowledge that you are communicating with your body then you strengthen that communication and so much more is then possible. Start by acknowledging these 5 things and see what that creates between you and your body. Then over the next week or so, acknowledge where else you are communicating with your body. What is possible for your life when you acknowledge the communication with your body?

I grew up thinking I was a bit mad. I was told that often enough. “Do you know you’re crazy thinking that …” “What do you mean you see what’s going to happen? Don't be silly.” “Goodness, your imagination?!” I was made wrong for a lot of what I was aware of.
With all those projections on me, I was told I was many things. Weird, a little crazy, stupid , and a nutter. Kind friends I had, huh?
In fact, I wasn’t crazy. I was just aware in a different way.
I grew up in a time before "on the spectrum" was something society accepted. I was labeled as sensitive, cognitively slow and hyper.
The signs were all there. I never spoke before until I was 4 years old. I was hyper-sensitive to everyone around me (noise especially).
I was uncontainable; a moving, dancing, screaming, running, ball of energy. I hated to be touched. When I did learn to speak, I would miss words. Things move constantly around me when others said they were stationary; trees, statues, mannequins, paintings, the floor. I bumped into things that others couldn’t see. I spoke to my sister in my head. It was all too slow and I wanted it to go faster. I thought everyone functioned the same way.
It’s difficult to describe what my life was like as I was growing up and going to school. It wasn't easy. It wasn't fun. In my mid 20's, I trained as a psychotherapist in mental health as self-preservation. Mainly to get clarity on finding a solution to the “mad emotions and thoughts” I felt bombarded with. It was in fact during that Psychiatric training that I was diagnosed as "on the spectrum" with autism, ADHD and OCD. These labels didn’t open up my world. These labels were at that time still a wrongness, a madness in the psychiatric hospital where I worked; especially with the staff around me. For 20 years I ignored this diagnosis, ignored and switched off my sensitivity to past present and future, my aware body, and my uniquely intensely aware being. I continued to stop the world around me from moving and being in motion.
It took so much force to contain all of that ‘wrongness and keep it hidden.’ With all that force, eventually something had to give and I was diagnosed with various auto-immune disorders in my late 30’s that stopped me with an implosion of disability.
When the joyousness of the Access Bars, Access Body Processes and the Access classes showed up at my door, I knew I had found something that offered space to me in a new way. I began the journey of letting go of everything and everywhere I had stopped me; the journey of unfolding myself to opening up and allowing me to be me… even if it meant I was wrong in the eyes of others. Different. Strange. Weird. Unique. Evolution. Capacities. Strongness… Those were my new words.
Allowing myself to be everything I never allowed myself to be, can be intense! And, I say yes! I choose to embrace the unique. I choose to continue to unfold and not be bound by wrongness.
Thank you Access Consciousness and the X-Men body of work that has gifted me so much in this unfolding, knowing of me…
Today I stumbled on a video that reminded me of how I functioned before the assistance of the Access tools; which was most of my life. It was a reminder of how grateful I am to have tools that help me create what I need. Gone is the wrongness and in its space, an acknowledgment that I have always known this difference and this uniqueness is an evolution. :)
This video from the Autism Society really allows you to perceive the awareness these kids and adults have.
Here are 2 tools you can use daily to assist:
What if 98% of your thoughts, feelings and emotions are not yours? What if you are in fact a Big Psychic Sponge Bob that picks up on the thoughts, feelings and emotions of everyone around you?
What you can ask is “Who does this belong to?” send back everything that is not yours – with consciousness attached.
You might be amazed at what this tool can create in your life. Try it for 3 days and see what changes.
2. Being infinite space
Close your eyes and find the outside edges of you. Are you inside your body or is your body inside of you?
This is infinite being where you are the space that is everything. When you acknowledge that you can be more than anything, you cease to be at the effect of it. It means you can change it.
Being infinite space is a muscle you build. Like the exercise above, if you “feel stressed,” ask, “Who does this belong to?” and return to sender everything that is not yours and then expand out. Be infinite space. Bigger. Bigger. Bigger. Keep expanding until your body sighs and you sense more space.
These are two of the tools I have used to create more ease for me and my body. Try it and see what changes for you!

The key to getting what you want - at work and in your interpersonal relationships - is effective, authentic communication. And this is how to starty.
How willing are you to be different? The answer to this question may surprise you, and it will offer a good indication of how truthful and authentic you allow yourself to be when you communicate, whether it's in a job interview, at home or with friends.
For most people, talking is easy – women tend to use around 20,000 words per day (more than 20 words each minute), and men utter around 7000. But using those words to communicate what you actually, truly mean is a lot more difficult than you may realise.
From the time we are born, we begin to be aware of the opinions and judgements of others. When we express ourselves in a certain way as babies and toddlers, the people around us will laugh and clap. When we express ourselves in other ways, they will frown or chastise us.
In each of the above cases, we are communicating authentically – we are too young to know how to not be true to ourselves – but we begin to recognise that our uninhibited expression creates feedback that is sometimes pleasant, and sometimes not.
Over time, in a natural need to feel accepted and acknowledged, we each begin to tailor our communication style and content in ways that will appease the judgement of others. We begin to dismiss or ignore aspects of ourselves that are not welcomed; we make parts of ourselves ‘wrong’ and, eventually, we often forget that we even possess certain skills or inherent points of view.
Importantly, in our day-to-day interactions – at school, in interviews, when we meet new people, and even with our family – we fall victim to a constant and unconscious monitoring of our own behaviour. Before we even speak, we are filtering out the authentic words or actions that will bring unwanted and unpleasant feedback.
A common example of this in modern society is the plight of the young girl with natural leadership skills. Too often, parents and others in authority see a young girl taking charge and say “don’t be so bossy”. Over time, the girl learns to judge that capacity as being ‘wrong’ in some way. She starts to dismiss her capacity for authority and soon forgets the extent to which she is actually capable of leadership.
In time, a girl like this can grow into a woman who finds it difficult to speak up for herself, because in communicating her true needs or desires, she is being asked be authentic. In being authentic, she will naturally gravitate toward assertiveness and dominance… and these are parts of her that she fears, dreads or has forgotten. So, the woman with latent leadership skills chooses not to speak authentically at all. By judging her natural expression, we take a leader and turn her into a smaller version of herself.
Because of this cycle of judgement, one that is widespread in society, we all fear authentic communication to varying degrees. Some examples are obvious – for instance 75% of people are afraid of speaking in public – but other effects are more subtle. In my case, a professional singer and performer, I toured the world eagerly using my voice to express and entertain. But for years, my body resisted this expression – I developed vocal nodules and had a tremble in my voice that I could not remove, no matter how hard I trained or how well I developed the right techniques.
Eventually my voice did become more pure and effortless – but not only because of the physical or technical adjustments. I learned how to be me, without fear of judgement of others. In this authenticity, I learned how to connect with the story, song or information I was sharing. My voice liberated itself from all resistance and constraints, and I discovered I was able to intuitively and effortlessly adapt my communication style – the volume, intensity, words and emotions – to fit the audience’s needs and enable a deep connection with those who were listening to me.
Once I implemented authentic communication in my performances, I quickly realised that I could apply this truth in all facets of my life – in my business, relationships and everyday interactions. By being all of me, I discovered that there was nothing to fix; there was no wrongness. Consider applying this principle next time you're asking for something, or in a job interview.
Authentic communication is about learning to embrace all of who you are and having the willingness to recognise the needs of your listener. (Ask yourself “what can this person hear?”) In doing so, your communication adjusts, intuitively, and you are able to get your point across without diminishing yourself.

How many opinions have you heard on why credit cards are bad? They are designed to get you into debt. They take forever to pay off. You shouldn’t spend money you do not have. Interest is expensive. They are a trap!
While these accusations are not necessarily false, they do not have to be true either. If you pay off your credit card by it’s due balance a credit card can provide many benefits for you.
If you know how to make a credit card work for you, what could that create for your financial reality? Gary Douglas, the founder of Access Consciousness encourages people to ask: how can I use this to my advantage?
Credit cards are a magnificent tool if you use them to your advantage. They do not have to be used unconsciously and get you into a lot of debt. They can be used to create you more money if you learn how.
I like to travel a lot and so I look for credit cards that earn me frequent flier points for my favourite airlines. You can also find credits that give you perks for all kinds of things. What if every dollar you spent gave you a discount on your groceries or a discount on an online shopping site? There is a huge variety of benefits for credit cards.
They also can be used to build up a good credit rating if you ever desire to get a loan. Not only are you more likely to be approved, you often can pay less if you have a good rating. Also, you sometimes can get alone with up to 55 days interest free if you know how to go about it. Again, a loan is something that you can use to your advantage if you use it well.
What if credit cards were not evil and what if it were not true that you are even spending money you did not have?
